An outreach partner for agencies that manage real client work
When an agency outsources guest posting, the immediate question is not simply “Can you publish an article?” It is whether the supplier can follow a brief, check the right publishers, communicate changes early, and report the outcome without creating more account-management work. That is the service Arka Matrix is built to provide.
We coordinate B2B editorial outreach and guest-post placements for SEO agencies, independent consultants and white-label resellers. The work can include publisher research, screening, outreach coordination, editorial communication, publishing follow-up and a client-separated delivery record. Exactly who supplies content, who approves publishers and which checks are included is agreed before an order begins.
We serve buyers working with English-speaking audiences in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other markets. Coordination is managed from India. The areas we serve are not claims of physical offices in each country.
Who is accountable
Bhavik Shah is the business contact for Arka Matrix. Buyers can reach him through contact@arkamatrix.com or +91 9773910230. For recurring agency work, the quotation can identify one relationship contact, the escalation route and agreed update arrangements.
Your first call should be useful. Please explain the audience you are trying to reach, the clients or industries involved, restrictions on publishers, monthly capacity and the approvals your team requires. We can then discuss whether the proposed scope is realistic, rather than accepting a brief we cannot responsibly fulfil.
How we select publishers
Domain Authority, Page Authority, Spam Score and estimated organic traffic are initial filters, not editorial credentials. We also review topic relevance, the site's existing content, obvious low-quality publishing patterns and whether the proposed article would be appropriate for its readers. The criteria on a quotation should identify the metric provider and the dates on which third-party figures were checked.
Arka Matrix's sourcing policy excludes private blog networks, automated comment spam and obvious link farms. That is an operational standard, not a promise that every publisher will remain unchanged after publication. Review the full publisher quality standards and ask questions about any proposed site before approval.
Commercial placements must follow relevant publisher rules and disclosure requirements. Google treats links bought primarily to influence search rankings as link spam, while appropriately qualified advertising or sponsorship links may use rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". We never promise that a paid link will transfer ranking signals or achieve a particular position in search.
What we report
A useful record ties every publication to its brief. At minimum, teams should be able to identify the live article URL, title, publisher, client destination, visible anchor, link attribute and publication date. Where agreed, the report can include a dated record of publisher screening and any follow-up concerns.
You can download our blank placement-report template and publisher-screening checklist to see recommended fields. These are editable templates, not disguised examples of completed orders. If you need to assess real delivery evidence, request client-approved or appropriately anonymised records directly.
White-label work and confidentiality
An agency's account list is its own business. White-label coordination is structured so your project contact remains the decision-maker and client-facing deliverables need not carry our branding. We do not use customer briefs to contact the agency's end clients with unrelated sales offers.
Confidentiality does not override a publisher's editorial transparency requirements or the law. A public paid article may require clear sponsorship labelling or author disclosure. Please tell us before submitting sensitive files if your organisation requires an NDA or a specific handling agreement.
A manageable first order
You do not have to begin with a 50-placement monthly agreement. A one-, two- or three-placement pilot gives you a practical opportunity to review publisher suitability, communication, publication evidence and the follow-up process. For larger teams, a consistent brief and clear acceptance criteria make repeated fulfilment more predictable.
Ask for a written quotation that covers scope, content responsibility, publication approval, expected lead time, reporting fields, link qualification and exact replacement coverage. We do not ask you to treat an unqualified indexing guarantee as a substitute for contract terms.
If this matches the way your agency works, send your requirements. We will respond through the channel you choose, without enrolling you in unsolicited marketing.
