Transparent guest post pricing

Simple prices. Clear criteria. No mystery bundles.

Know the baseline before you send an enquiry. Our public rates cover individual and starter bundles; agencies ordering 50 or more placements monthly receive a tailored quote.

Starter packages

Begin small. Scale when ready.

Written buying protection: 180 days of replacement coverage per reported-live placement, a 30-day initial index review, and up to two comparable substitutes for qualifying failures. Paid B2B orders are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Read the replacement guarantee and service agreement before paying.

USD amounts are published starting rates, based on the conversion on 13 October 2026. You receive a written quotation before payment. Traffic, DA, PA and Spam Score are third-party screening criteria, not promises of traffic or ranking results. *PA 40+ applies to a specified existing reference page used in publisher screening—not to the newly published guest-post URL. Google indexing is not controlled by any supplier. Every paid placement has 180 days of standard replacement cover, a 30-day initial indexing review window and up to two substitute placements for eligible failures. See the written replacement policy, no-refund terms and service agreement before confirming a quotation. Sponsored placements should use appropriate link attributes.

Understand the package before comparing the price

A low advertised price is useful only when you know what it covers. Our public guest-posting packages are designed as entry points for SEO agencies, independent consultants and resellers that want to evaluate the process before committing to a larger monthly order. They use the same published baseline: target DA and PA above 40, Spam Score below 5%, third-party traffic estimates of at least 1,500 monthly visits, manual relevance review and a defined approach to deleted or deindexed placements.

These are screening criteria, not promises of ranking movement, direct referral traffic or a specific Google indexation decision. Domain metrics are produced by third-party tools and may change. We do not believe a website becomes editorially trustworthy merely by clearing four numerical thresholds. Read our quality standards for the broader assessment.

The USD figures on this website use a currency conversion checked on 13 October 2026. They are displayed in dollars because Arka Matrix serves international buyers. A direct written quotation confirms the final amount and payment instructions; there is no live payment gateway or automatic card charge on this website.

The one-placement package: a proper test

A single placement is useful when you have not worked with us before, want to inspect our publisher screening and need to see how the delivery experience feels. Rather than use the trial to select a random high-metric site, choose a real campaign with clearly defined editorial fit. Compare the proposed publisher's audience with the target page, and check whether the placement would still be defensible if you removed the domain metrics from the report.

We recommend using the first order to establish what you need in future: approval stage, format of metrics, article-review requirements, status updates and the fields you want in a final record. The next order is easier when both teams have already agreed on these basics.

The five-placement package: a modest campaign sample

Five placements can provide broader insight into the workflow. A freelancer might distribute them across a few compatible client topics, whereas an agency might use them for a defined content programme. Do not assume that unrelated niches can all be fulfilled with identical publisher availability. If one vertical is unusually restrictive, tell us at briefing and we can discuss practical options before money changes hands.

For multiple destinations, specify the correct target page for each article and identify any prohibited combinations. A good report should make the mapping clear, avoiding later disputes about which client or campaign received which placement.

The ten-placement package: the strongest published unit rate

Ten placements offer a lower published per-link cost than the smaller packages. That makes this a natural starting point for teams that have already validated the service and want a recurring workflow. It does not mean a client should purchase ten placements when its strategy calls for two. Volume should follow campaign needs rather than force them.

Agency buyers can use this package to test batching, multi-client approvals and reporting. If you need monthly delivery with more complex requirements, request a formal quote; the cost of specialised topics and additional sign-off can differ from a standard package.

Why 50-plus monthly placements need a custom quote

Bulk link buying is often advertised as a straightforward multiplication problem. Agency work rarely is. Fifty placements across related business niches may be operationally different from fifty placements across regulated professions, unusual geographies and strict site-exclusion lists. Publisher approval can be simple or involve several people. Some campaigns require detailed content control, proof of geography or contributor-account opportunities.

Before issuing a high-volume quote, we would like to know the number of clients, monthly volumes per client, publishing niches, target regions, prohibited sites, content responsibilities and reporting structure. If you need a dedicated relationship manager, ask for that as part of the proposed arrangement. The best quote is one that reflects the actual work and makes exceptions visible before fulfilment begins.

What you should expect to receive

The exact report is agreed for your order, but we recommend capturing enough information to verify the delivery independently. Relevant fields include the live URL, article title, publishing domain, linked target page, anchor or link text, publication date or verification date, approval reference and the status of any follow-up issue. When a quoted metric formed part of acceptance, the report should make its source and measurement timing understandable.

Ask us to agree the reporting format before your first bulk order. Agencies may need a simple spreadsheet, a client-labelled CSV or data for a dashboard. Our role is to deliver a usable record, not lock you into a proprietary portal that prevents export.

Indexing, replacements and refunds

Publication does not guarantee inclusion in Google Search. Search engines decide which pages to crawl and index. We can check availability and indexing signals and follow up when a qualifying placement is removed or no longer indexed, but we cannot force a search engine to include any specific page.

Arka Matrix's paid B2B service orders are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. If a qualifying delivered placement is deleted or confirmed to have become deindexed, the remedy is replacement under the agreed order conditions. Review the details before paying, including how a claim is submitted and what constitutes an eligible replacement. See our terms of service.

Google's published spam policies identify paying for links that pass ranking credit as a link-spam risk. Advertising or sponsorship links can be legitimate when qualified as rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". Our pricing is for editorial outreach and placement coordination, not for a guaranteed improvement in search rankings. Discuss any publisher disclosure requirements and link attributes before approving an order.

What about reselling these packages?

Yes. Our packages can be used by agencies and freelancers who resell their own client services. Your agency chooses the service bundle, price and account relationship. We support discreet fulfilment and can discuss reporting that suits your client workflow. Visit the white-label reseller page for the fuller operating model.

We prefer repeat business earned through satisfactory delivery. It is entirely reasonable to start with two or three placements, compare the results with the brief and decide whether Arka Matrix is an appropriate supplier for your monthly operations.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking before you order.

Are the published USD prices final?

They are indicative package rates. A written quote confirms content responsibilities, applicable taxes or charges, quality criteria, quantities and the total payable before you agree to pay.

What happens if an article is removed?

Each paid placement has 180 days of replacement coverage from its reported-live date. Eligible removal or publisher indexing failures are handled under the written replacement policy, normally through a comparable substitute rather than a refund.

Why is the 50+ monthly price not displayed?

Publisher availability, niches, content creation, country preferences and approval complexity affect fulfilment costs. A separate quote prevents promising inventory that has not been screened.

Do prices include content writing and revisions?

Only if the written quotation says so. We confirm who writes and approves articles, whether publisher edits are included and which changes are billable before payment.

A better recurring workflow

Ordering for 50+ placements each month?

High-volume agency requirements deserve an individual scope—not a public cart price. Share your volume, niches and approval rules for a tailored discussion.
