We provide services from India to international business customers. The countries listed on our website describe markets served, not separate offices or registrations.
Details collected when you enquire
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company (if supplied), market, buyer type, approximate placement volume, optional website and a description of the requested service. We use this information to respond, assess your request, provide a quotation and, if you proceed, administer the agreed work. Please do not submit passwords, government identification, financial credentials or sensitive client material in this public form.
You may alternatively contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp. The providers operating these services process the communication under their own policies. WhatsApp opens only when you choose its link. We do not add enquiry contacts to an unsolicited marketing mailing list.
How the contact form works
The PHP form handler checks required fields, uses a honeypot and limits repeated submissions. Validated enquiries are saved as access-controlled individual records in a private directory outside the publicly served website files before email notification is attempted. If the host cannot safely create that private record, the form rejects the submission and asks you to contact us directly. The system then attempts to notify contact@arkamatrix.com using the hosting account's email service. A server acknowledgement does not prove email reached an inbox. Submission confirmations therefore provide a reference number for follow-up.
These private records contain the information you entered, a timestamp, your chosen package and an email-transport status. We do not store your full IP address in those records. A separate temporary hashed-IP rate file may be used to protect against repeated submissions. Hosting facilities may also process normal transmission records, IP addresses and server logs.
For convenience, the form may temporarily keep the details you typed in this browser tab's session storage, so a validation or sending error does not make you retype your brief. It is cleared after a submitted-success response or when the tab session ends. Do not use the general enquiry form for confidential records requiring a secure channel.
Who may see submitted information
Access is intended for staff handling the enquiry or relevant agreed service. Limited campaign information may need to be shared with a publisher or operational supplier if that is required to deliver work you authorised. We aim to share only the information necessary for that task, and to agree on secure transfer and confidentiality conditions for especially sensitive materials.
Data location, security and retention
Arka Matrix coordinates operations from India. Your communication may also be handled by the email host, web-hosting provider, telecommunications provider or WhatsApp and their international infrastructure. We use normal administrative and server controls, but no ordinary email form can be promised absolute confidentiality or faultless delivery.
We aim to delete private website enquiry copies within 90 days unless they are needed for an active business relationship, security issue or lawful accounting/dispute obligation. An administrator must run the included 90-day purge task (manually or via a cPanel Cron Job); automatic deletion is not active merely by uploading the website. Associated mailbox copies and normal host backups can follow separate retention policies. We keep agreed business records for the period required by relevant obligations. Cookies and analytics
This website version does not embed third-party advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or a newsletter signup. It has no third-party analytics cookies in its supplied HTML or JavaScript. Your hosting and security providers may use their own essential technical cookies or logging; these services should be checked against the final hosting configuration. If the website later adds analytics or marketing technology, the privacy notice and any legally required choices must be updated first.
Your choices and requests
You may ask for a copy of personal contact information held about your enquiry, request correction or deletion where applicable, or tell us to stop business follow-ups. Email contact@arkamatrix.com with the request. We may need limited verification before disclosing information and may retain records where a lawful duty requires it.
