180-day placement guarantee

A written replacement promise. Not a vague guarantee.

Know exactly what happens if a purchased article disappears, a publisher removes the agreed link or an indexing issue qualifies for a replacement. Coverage lasts 180 days from each placement’s reported-live date.

Our standard replacement promise at a glance

Coverage: 180 calendar days (approximately six months) starting on the date each purchased guest-post placement is first reported live to the buyer. The date and URL appear in the placement report. Every placement in a monthly or multi-link order has its own coverage start and end date.

What is covered: an eligible article or agreed link that is deleted, becomes materially inaccessible, or is restricted from indexing by the publisher; and qualifying initial non-indexation concerns after the review window described below. We review the evidence and provide a comparable substitute within the stated service process. Search engines make their own indexing decisions, so no provider can promise a new page will be indexed or rank.

Replacement allowance: up to two substitute placements per originally purchased placement during the original 180-day coverage period. A replacement does not restart the original six-month term. This allowance deals with a substitute that also becomes unavailable during the original coverage window.

Refund position: confirmed, paid B2B service orders are non-refundable to the fullest extent lawfully permitted. Eligible publication failures are normally remedied through the replacement process, without an additional placement charge. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory statutory rights or remedies.

What counts as a qualifying placement failure?

Scenario Standard treatment
Original article URL returns a persistent 404/410, is taken down by the publisher, or the publishing domain stops serving the article Eligible after verification; a temporary technical incident is investigated first.
Publisher removes the agreed destination link or silently substitutes a different destination URL Eligible, unless the change is required to comply with law, the original brief was defective, or the buyer requested it.
Publisher adds a noindex restriction to the purchased article after publication Eligible, after confirming the change is publisher-controlled.
A newly published article has no credible evidence of Google indexing after 30 calendar days Eligible for a documented index review. If our review and publisher follow-up do not establish index inclusion or a timely correction, we offer a substitute under the allowance. This is a service remedy, not control over Google indexing.
Link or page changes its ranking, organic traffic, DA, PA or other third-party metrics after placement Not automatically eligible; those measurements change and were not guaranteed outcomes.
Google treats an appropriately marked sponsored link as advertising or chooses not to transfer ranking credit Not eligible; complying with link disclosure requirements is not a defect.
Client removes its target page, changes a destination, withdraws approvals, requests publication removal or supplies prohibited/false content Not eligible, unless separately agreed in writing.

When does the 180-day coverage begin?

The start date is the first date we notify you that the specific article is live and provide its published URL in the report. Example: an article first reported live on 20 October 2026 remains within its standard replacement window for 180 calendar days after that date. A link delivered later in the same ten-link package starts its own coverage independently.

The coverage does not apply to an unplaced order before delivery: publication and fulfilment obligations are addressed separately in the accepted service agreement. It is not a promise of indefinite placement permanence or guaranteed search-engine indexation.

How indexing concerns are checked

A page that can be crawled is not necessarily indexed. A site: search result or its absence is not definitive proof. We may use the live page, HTTP response, robots directives, canonical tags, visible search results, a publisher's verified Search Console evidence when available and publisher communication to make a reasonable assessment.

For initial non-indexation, we allow 30 calendar days from the live reporting date before a buyer requests the standard indexing review. We aim to finish evidence review and publisher follow-up within the timelines below. If we cannot establish reasonable evidence of inclusion or publisher correction, we treat the placement as eligible for the contractual substitution remedy, subject to the remaining allowance and time period. We do not represent that the substitute itself will be indexed by Google.

For an article that was previously indexed and later disappears, provide the supporting observations; the issue is investigated promptly without requiring another initial 30-day waiting period. Search-result fluctuations alone may require additional verification before a replacement is justified.

Claim steps and response commitments

  1. Email a claim: send your order/reference number, publication URL, destination URL and a short description of the issue to contact@arkamatrix.com. Screenshots or dates can help, but are not mandatory when the affected URL is clear.
  2. Acknowledgement: we aim to acknowledge a complete claim within two business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays observed by our India-based operations).
  3. Verification: we aim to assess eligibility and communicate the decision or missing evidence within five business days of receiving the required information. If publisher or platform information is pending, we explain the hold-up in writing.
  4. Remedy: where approved and the buyer has supplied any necessary content/approvals, we aim to complete a comparable replacement within 20 business days. Publisher rejections, buyer changes and specialist-niche restrictions can change the date; material delays are communicated with revised plans, not silently treated as completed.
  5. Report: the substitute is documented with its own live URL, published date, agreed destination, visible link attributes and relevant publisher screening details. The original coverage end date and remaining replacement allowance stay unchanged.

A comparable replacement means a publisher screened against the agreed niche, market, quality criteria and disclosure requirements, with equivalent placement type and destination subject to editorial review. A replacement is not necessarily the same domain, article, anchor or traffic level. We seek buyer approval if a material specification must change.

What the guarantee does not promise

This policy does not guarantee rankings, Google inclusion, traffic growth, a particular link attribute contrary to publisher policy, identical metrics on a substitute, lifetime link permanence or recovery of the buyer's downstream SEO costs. Sponsored/advertising links should be appropriately labelled and qualified, including rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" where applicable. We exclude PBNs under our stated screening approach but cannot guarantee any outside publisher will never change ownership or editorial policies.

Strict B2B no-refund policy and international buyers

Once an order is accepted and payment confirmed, the agreed services are sold on a no-voluntary-cash-refund basis, including where the buyer changes strategy, pauses its client project or decides not to use a delivered article. We offer the replacement remedy above for qualifying failures. Buyers may pause or stop future unconfirmed orders without entering a recurring commitment under our public packages; obligations for any already accepted order remain in force.

Mandatory law takes precedence. Statutory remedies for material non-performance, misrepresentation, or protected consumer purchases cannot be excluded merely by saying “no refunds”. This matters even for some business buyers, particularly in Australia. We do not claim an automatic waiver of UK, EU, US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand rights. Disputes are evaluated against the accepted order and any non-waivable law applicable to the transaction.

For order scope, payments, liability, confidentiality, changes and dispute handling, read our Service Terms and the B2B Service Agreement. If anything in the individual signed order differs from this published standard, it must be clearly agreed in writing before payment; mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
