1. Who these terms apply to
Arka Matrix is an India-based business providing business-to-business editorial outreach coordination and guest-post placements to SEO agencies, freelancers and other professional customers. Services are offered for business and professional use, including agency fulfilment and resale, not for personal or household consumption. This website takes enquiries and quotation requests only, not online payments. An enquiry does not create an order or authorise work. A purchase is confirmed when an authorised buyer accepts a specific written quote or statement of work (SOW), the relevant policies and the payment arrangements.
Commercial documents: these Service Terms, our 180-day Replacement Guarantee, the B2B Service Agreement framework, the accepted quotation/SOW and the Privacy Policy. The accepted SOW records any permitted deviations. These agreements are governed by Indian law as described below. No contract can exclude legal rights or obligations that a court or authority determines are mandatory and applicable to the particular transaction.
2. Package scope and acceptance
Public USD rates are indicative for one, five or ten placements. A final written quote identifies the number of placements, target industries, markets, editorial requirements, publisher screening criteria, content responsibility, link attributes, deadlines, reporting format, and any additional charges or taxes. An accepted order is limited to that confirmed scope; unlimited revisions, perpetual link permanence, guaranteed rankings and unquoted services are not included.
A buyer may submit a small pilot order without agreeing to ongoing monthly purchases. Recurring B2B buyers can negotiate separate monthly SOWs. There is no automatic renewal or website-based subscription created by a single quote.
3. Standard 180-day replacement guarantee
Each purchased placement is covered for 180 calendar days (approximately six months) starting from the date its published article URL is first reported live. For bundles and monthly orders, the period starts separately for each placement.
The standard warranty covers verified publisher-controlled article deletion or persistent unavailability, removal of the agreed destination link, publisher-applied noindex, and qualifying initial non-indexation reviewed after 30 calendar days from initial publication. Google decides indexing: absence from a site: search is not definitive, and we review the available evidence, publisher settings and responses before determining eligibility.
Eligible failures are remedied with a comparable replacement placement at no additional placement cost, subject to the original scope and a limit of two substitute placements per originally purchased placement within its original 180-day coverage period. The coverage end date does not reset after a replacement. A substitute may be on a different publisher site of comparable agreed screening quality.
We aim to acknowledge complete claims in two business days, decide eligibility within five business days, and complete a qualifying replacement within 20 business days after the required details and buyer approvals are available. Publisher rejections or delays must be explained in writing with an updated plan; they are not silent automatic extensions. See the full replacement policy for examples, exclusions, evidence requirements and claim steps.
4. Strict no-refund and cancellation policy
Accepted and paid B2B service orders are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This includes buyer-requested cancellation after order confirmation, a change in the buyer's client strategy or loss of demand for ordered placements. For covered placement failures, the agreed remedy is normally replacement, not a voluntary cash refund. Future unconfirmed orders can be declined without a standing long-term contract.
Business-only policy: buyers confirm that they are purchasing in the course of trade for commercial or professional use. No voluntary cash refund is offered for a validly accepted and paid order; eligible placement failures are handled under the published replacement guarantee. However, this policy does not exclude a remedy which applicable law prohibits either party from excluding, including in cases of fraud, legally actionable misrepresentation or material failure to supply contracted services. The buyer's location by itself does not change the expressly selected Indian governing law.
5. Search engines, publisher independence and paid links
Publishers retain editorial discretion and may request lawful changes or decline content. Google and other search engines control crawling, indexing, link treatment and search rankings. Arka Matrix does not guarantee indexation, ranking increases, traffic, sales leads, a do-follow ranking benefit or long-term domain authority. Third-party DA/PA, Spam Score and traffic measurements are screening estimates at a point in time and may vary.
Paid editorial placements must comply with applicable disclosure requirements and publisher rules. Search engines expect sponsored links to be appropriately qualified, for example by rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" where appropriate. We do not promise undisclosed paid ranking-credit placements.
6. Content and approvals
Clients must supply lawful, accurate and rights-cleared destination pages, briefs and authorisations. Content writing, author-account access, revisions, special publisher restrictions and custom reporting are not included unless stated in the quotation. If the client changes a confirmed brief, withholds required approvals or requests extra work, the delivery timeline and price may be revised by written agreement.
7. Confidentiality and white-label work
Agency briefs, end-client identities and non-public campaign information are used for order fulfilment, not unrelated sales solicitation. White-label reporting can omit Arka Matrix branding where agreed; it cannot override publisher or legal disclosure obligations. Sensitive arrangements requiring a non-disclosure agreement or enhanced data handling should be agreed before confidential material is supplied. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Reporting, claims and dispute process
Order reports should identify each live publication URL, delivered destination link, date and agreed screening details. To request a replacement, contact contact@arkamatrix.com with the original URL and order reference. We assess claims under the written coverage conditions; if a dispute remains, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through a documented service review.
The accepted SOW identifies the legal contracting entity, billing details and order reference. Governing law: laws of India govern the contract, its interpretation and contractual disputes. Dispute forum: subject to the territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction available under Indian law, the parties select the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India as the exclusive forum for contractual disputes. Both parties should first attempt to resolve the complaint in writing. This choice cannot create jurisdiction where a court has none or override non-excludable legal requirements that actually apply to a transaction.
9. Order of documents and updates
Subject always to mandatory law, an expressly accepted and documented order-specific change takes precedence over these general service terms; the published replacement guarantee applies where no approved exception is stated. Terms published later do not automatically amend an already confirmed order. Current website policy version: 14 October 2026. Before paying, request written confirmation of the quote, service scope, policy version, coverage and any additions.
